Private duty nursing is care provided to a client with medical needs such as Feeding tubes, tracheostomy and ventilator care, nebulizer treatments, TPN, frequent seizures requiring intervention and more, in the comfort of their own home or other facility of their choosing by an RN (Registered Nurse) or LVN (Licensed Vocational Nurse). Private Duty Nursing is provided in shifts rather than visits.
